Yo Digijams, you pay attention to the Ibanez market on ebay a lot? Whatever happened to KenVai, the guy that used to deal a shit ton of Ibanez necks?

I am fortunate enough to have 3 of them.....one of mine is a run of only 5. They are unbelieveable in every sense of the word from playability to construction to quality.
Wow, that seems way low. What model/specs?jcj":3ifluilx said:I custom ordered a new Anderson for $2450.![]()

Same specs as the JC?
Same neck radius?
Same fret work?
Same wood combination?

Sure, if you order it that way....it's called a Custom Suhr Modern. I've got 3 of them myself, and while I've played various J-Customs in the past, the Suhrs have consistently slayed them. Better tops, better fretwork (plek'ed), and just better tone overall. That's a hoot....$3,499 for a J-Custom from Sweetwater, when you could spend much less for a Suhr Modern that is actually built to YOUR specs. I'll stick with my Suhrs!![]()
Digital Jams":m234bs6k said:So you don't have the same specs that the JC player wants? Suhr does not make a 5 piece Wizard neck and his fret ends are not close to the JC. Anyone knows JC has the shit when it comes to dressing.
Digital Jams":m234bs6k said:Suhr bodies are not cut as much as the JC for upper fret access
Digital Jams":m234bs6k said:Plek'd is overrated, guitars for the past 60 years were not plek'd.
Digital Jams":m234bs6k said:I do not own either model so not biased.
