Synergy Amps

The one big difference is the integration into current amps. Syn1 or Syn2 can go 4cm into your current amp.
Randall power sections were a bit vanilla; with this syn it really opens things up.
But yes, I'm now up to a dozen modules lol. I could sell it all and buy almost amp I want. But these stock synergy modules are really fun.

One thing I am consistently hearing that the 50/50 is the weak link in that chain.

I had a Syn1 and an Engl Savage module for a little but I just couldn't get into it at the time so I sold it... then later I hear about the Fryette modules and Uberschall coming out and I wondered if maybe I was a bit too hasty. Recently got a good deal on another Syn1 with a Vai module. I like the Vai module but I still feel like something is missing. I just got a Mesa 50/50 for cheap and finally got to try it thru that and it definitely helped. Still not sure if I am going stick to Synergy though... There is a part of me that wonders if I'm just not doing it right or something. Also as a big guy with gorilla hands I got to admit I am not a fan of the little knobs and tiny switches n shit.
