So add me to the list of guys with one of these!

No... I have yet to get on anyones radar to get modules in advance, but maybe one day! Anyway, I have VERY little experience with a real MKIIC+ or really any Mark's NOT in a modeler. I do know how to make models sound good, so I guess what I'd ask you all here that know the real amps, how about some tips on speakers, settings, etc.

I'll be running it with a Fryette PS100 for power.

Bass/middle/treble around 1/2/7 out of 10 respectively. Volume I around 7/10. Lead Drive around 9/10. I'm assuming lead bright and shift on, but that should be quick to dial in/out. Classic V to the GEQ. On the real amp, you'll know quickly when you've pushed them too far up or down.

EDIT just to clarify these numbers are all out of 10. Please never push a Mark bass knob to 1 o'clock. You will be sad.

Yeah that’s pretty much it right there more or less. I would start there and adjust to taste. I like a little less gain on lead drive

Looking forward to having my ears sexed by this
They're already dripping with Sound City greatness.
How much auditory orgasm can you handle?

For reals tho, I admit I don't know much about this Synergy stuff. Blake's clip was eye-opening.
Seems like a good way of getting a variety of tones for not too much $?
Are these the same as the Randall and Egnater modular amps?

It's similar but the Synergy stuff has a new trick to select one of three V1 input cathode values to more closely match the actual amp. The Randall and Egnater stuff used one input cathode value and had to make all of the adjustments down stream.

Interesting. I wanna play. Where's the Synergy kiosk? Next to the Boss Pedalboard? Remember when GC had all the different brand pedalboards and all the multieffects units hooked up with headphones? Ahhhhhhh, the good ol days.

My C+ settings were vol1 pulled, maxed, treb pulled, maxed, Bass on 0, mids 0, master 0-1(coliseum), lead drive 3-5(I boosted), lead vol 4-6. GEQ in a V
