However, until you get them, simply bend the tabs in on your PUs and surface mount them. That's what I did on my Jackson SLAT3-7 - since I hate EMGs, as well.
If you're considering the NT-7, at least take a swing at the SLAT3-7. No ebony and has a Floyd, but more or less the same guitar for less $$$. Mine is outstanding.
Thanks for the correction. I never tried it, but a bunch of people said to buy the 35 size cover for 7 strings and 40 for the 8. At least now I don't have to waste my money.
