Taylor 314ce.. Worth my money?? Any comparable alternatives?

I own a 310ce and it is AMAZING. But I am a Dreadnought style guy. the 14 series is a little smaller, so it is brighter and tighter. I prefer the tone of the 314kce which is Koa. the Sapele tends to get overly bright in that body style.

Buy a used Taylor. If you're worried about buying used, buy used from Guitar Center (they have used gear on their website from across the USA) and use the 30 day guarantee if you get a dud. I spent far less on my 1996 510 in great shape than a new 314ce, and I would think all things being equal my guitar is as good or better.

haha. yea, i live in maui.. pretty humid here too.. island weather. If I go with the Taylor, I think mine'll be just fine. :lol: :LOL:
