Has anyone hook up a flashback x 4 to a midi pedal? Just wonerding if you can recall several more presets using midi.

I dunno, I had an x 4. Could never get the presets to stick. THey'd work for awhile and then POOF! Gone.... Too bad cuz the editing software makes it very flexible.

I really wish that the looper in the Flashback or Alter Ego had midi clock sync. Even the Ditto X2 can't do it.

Looks cool, I love vintage delay sounds and from the demos this does a good job of recreating them. As far as midi control, I believe its the same guts as the regular TC X4, so it should be able to recall 3 presets via midi, but you cant bypass the pedal via midi so one preset is always on unless you click the bypass on the pedal. That's a deal breaker for a lot of folks but for others it works with one always on preset. Just depends on what you like and how you control your stuff. I'm tempted based on the sounds.
