Hey Zach, what wah do you use?

Awesome rack!!!

Plain old Cry Baby

Thanks

but it's true bypass right?

Nope (Stock)... Works fine. I don't use a lot of wah anyway, but in testing, I find it sounds like a wah should-- and interacts well with everything else.

but that changes your sound ... doesn't it bother you especially when it's in front of the amp?

I want to get baked and sit in front of that rack for hours.

1. Effects are supposed to change the sound-- that is their job. ;) The trick is finding the ones that do what you want them to in the grand scheme of your entire rig.

2. I think a lot of guys get hung up on the idea that there might be something better. While that may be true, it also may be irrelevant, because it seems to me that the guys that get hung up on stuff like that often aren't sure what they are trying to achieve in the 1st place.

I guess I'm lucky then because, the "changed sound"/sounds this rig produces, works for me. ;)

I just stumbled on this while looking at CAE 3+ stuff :

I have to say I almost broke out in hives looking at that pedal board and rack when Bradshaw was explaining it to you guys...best quote was Bradshaw telling you "its pretty straightforward, its easy..."

I'm tweaked enough from the AxeFx - I can't imagine that rack but appreciate the overwhelming coolness factor

Thanks... What's funny is-- Bob was right. It really is pretty straight forward and easy. It's the thought that goes into making the patches (Creating the sonic layers that make up the vibe-- in that parts that they're used with) that is the part that challenges the imagination-- that is fun-- for me. Next to actually turning around in disbelief that that sound is coming out of my amps and cabs.

Thinking about adding a wireless... Any suggestions???
