The Fake BS is so laughable.

Then two that I don’t use because my heating is damaged and they are too loud.

The correct course of action is to buy a too loud superior sounding tube amp, then plug it into an IR loader to digitally approximate a speaker and then listen to it through studio monitors to control the volume.

Transistors will suck the tone right out!

When you play clean it doesn't really matter.

How did it get to that point? That's brutal.
I don't know. I wore/wear hearing protection when I ride motorcycles and mow the lawn and use power tools etc. I practiced for long hours with an amp at low levels. When I was younger I used to be in a rehearsal studio with a band with no sound proofing and concrete walls... I stood next to a drummer in close proximity... Maybe it was too loud... maybe it's genetic... maybe it's partly getting older... maybe it's all of the above. Maybe it was virus... who knows...

Too many hours next to that coffee grinder mate, lol j/k.

It can matter, but I think it matters way less.
My Roland Cubes and Boss Accoustic amp are used by Jazz Musos. Particularly the Roland 80GX is quite nice and full sounding. They don't sound as nice as my Deluxe Reverb but it's honestly very marginal.

I had a pair of Roland CUBE-80 that I used in stereo; amazing cleans for fusion, swing and ambient.

That said, my Fender Super Twin (one is great after a retube, could use a cap job; the other needs serious TLC) is my Dumble SSS

They aren't a bad amp at all. The biggest advantage though is the abillity to turn the cube 80 down to levels you can use for practice without while keeping a satisfying tone. That's a huge plus imo. Also if you want to use it for hours it's not cooking tubes etc.

It started off with an unhinged attack by the OP on various people. There is a repititive pattern of behaviour there. Various people made comments including myself. Most of mine were comedic and hassling the OP for laughs. Someone told me privately that the OP may not be well and so I deleted most of mine although I obviously couldn't delete ones people quoted. They weren't nasty - but they were poking fun for laughs. Then the thread devolved into a general thread for talking about anything whatsoever.
