:D Pretty fun amp. The 2x12 cabs don't sound as big as a good 4x12, but pretty good... almost makes me want to see if I can put the 'stack' in my mazdaspeed3. Would be a fun gig rig for sure!

Coming back to the good old 2553 Jubilee, eh Pete. I wish I could find one of the matching 212 cabs for my 2553 (which is your old one). When Kannibul was going to be in my area, I mentioned I had purchased your old jubilee 2553. He said something to the effect of that is a great sounding amp, hang on to it. Kannibul had to cancel the trip.

Does this new one have the clean volume mod in the back? I can't tell you how many people on the forums have asked me how to do that mod.

My only complaint with my 2553 is that once you have heard it with some volume, its hard to play it at bedroom/home practice volumes. I ran it about 6 in my last band, the tone is just not the same at 4. Still its a great amp and more versatile than I initially gave it credit for....

Nope, this one is bone stock. I may have you take some gut shots if you don't mind and do that to this one. :D I forgot how cool these amps are!

Here are a few I have. I would love to have one of those matching 212 cabs. If you sell the rig please let me know. What speakers do you have in those cabs? I was running mine through 2 Celestion CL80's in my Marshall 1936 212 copy. Now I have some Warehouse ET-65's in there.

I had a full stack like that once, but with the slant top. Damn cool little stack.

I take it you are experiencing jubilation over the Jubilee? :D

I so miss my 2553 full stack. That's one rig I totally regret selling. I had the straight / slant cab w/ the 2553.

So, I decided to have the 2555 Ceriatone chassis built w/o a power trannie / output trannie and choke. Sent it to Trace @ Voodoo Amps and he's putting Mercury Magnetics PT / OT / choke in it, and QA'ing it a second time from Ceriatone. It'll be a beast for sure! I had John @ StoneAge Cabinets make the headshell. Should be in my possession to take pics and post clips in a month or so. Trace already has the chassis, and headshell. Waiting on the trannies from Mercury Magnetics atm.

Here's a pic of what the amp (photoshoped together) will look like:

Very eager to hear what you think of the amp when you get it.
