Yankees tearing Brewers a new hole where the sun don't shine........

Apparently the Yankees have newly desinged baseball bats now...... not sure if it's legal or not but this helps explain a lot of that offense today possibly coming out of nowhere....... after Goldilock balls in 2022..... is this a surprise :dunno:

Essentially this new Baseball bat is designed and made to just destroy Baseballs ..... you can see it in the above picture how the middle part is more bulged for example..... simply put.....

"They moved a lot of the wood into the label so the harder part of the bat is going to strike the ball."

And the results are devastating, if it's legal or not is a different matter but I don't suspect the MLB will continue to allow this to happen if it tilts the game too much to the Batters favor which seems to be the case here. May as well use composite bats that are illegal for similar reasons.

Nah never really have but I have a homie that uses it and he tells me to. Really kind of don't do stuff like that but if your inviting me to I'm down and my pleasure ^_^

Devers is garbage AB so far....... wow..... what a disaster.....

If you could go back 3-5 years back or 10 or 20 years back or longer....... what would you tell your younger self...... me I'd just smile back at my younger self and say whats up and hows it going.......... take your time and have fun with life ^_^

I'm not saying it's cheating and they are letting it slide..... the new design for these bats is legal and technically meet MLB standards and specifications..... the argument should really be is that if they move the balance too much to a batter vs a pitcher should standards and specifications be revised..... I don't think the Yankees are cheating but it is IMO wise to approach these new bats with caution in how they may affect the game tilting the favor too much too a batter vs a pitcher......

Good stuff and yeah it sucks and it went under the radar given all the other drama going on in the game but at least he didn't make up a big chunk of IP or was a more prominent piece but yeah definitely not good for the Blue Jays. Despite that thanks to their deep and healthy rotation injuries like this can be mitigated but not good news for sure, here is to a speedy recovery and more Baseball to be squeezed out of that arm.

While the new bats may be legal given current rules here is a bit in to some real illegal bats that were legal at some point and passed College Baseball inspections and standards despite being overpowered as hell.

Here with the wooden bats you seem to have a similar situation possibly as the denser wood in the middle doesn't just allow for a denser and harder hit but it may also shift the weight of the bat making a usually heavy bat feel lighter in swing, lighter feeling swing means higher swing velocity and in turn means higher hit balls and more power and exit velocity.

I mean the bats may be legal but as said there have been other bats deemed legal in Baseball that actually should never have been and this be may the case IMO with these New Yankee bats....

Also I mean being real here..... if these bats are more overpowered than your traditional bat..... and tilts the favor to a batter vs a pitcher to make the game more fun and exciting okay.... but there is a warning that should come with it everyone on and off the field should be aware of.....

Given the higher power, higher swing velocity, higher exit velocity these bats may posses....

Don't be surprised if there are major injuries that come from self inflicted balls hit to ones body, to a pitcher or a fielder or a fan and nvm injury but possible death or severe injuries as such. Maybe they are benign but if they are substantially more juiced than a regular bat then they may poses a real danger to players health and life or even fans if one of these balls hits anyone hard enough IMO.

It's all fun and games..... until it isnt.....

More hits, more HRs and more arguments as to why these bats aren't just juiced but also may substantially enhance the natural ability of an athlete to perform way above average and normal standards..... if they are legal fine..... but let's not ignore the obvios.......

CARDINALS 3-0 GET THEM WINGS FLAPPIN
One of only 4 teams that are 3-0 or better and they didn't spend a Billion + Dollars like the Dodgers or using fancy new juiced bats either like the Yankees.

DeGrom with an excellent start..... but can he keep it up and for how long......

Logic dictates that in a manner when you switch the weight of a bat closer to the handle as is being done in some manner with the new Yankee bats..... you get a lighter feeling swing......

And you get faster bat speed.... higher swing speed..... harder hits and faster exist velos....... essentially it doesn't break the rules but it's a legal way to hack/glitch in current rules to enhance a players natural ability there really isn't any regulation for in 2025 for in the MLB........ it's a hack/glitch and a cheat code so to speak and is hacking/glitching the game of Baseball in a legal way......
