I mean I have to say...... Yeah the Dodgers are a billion dollar team.....
But fuck me if they don't know how to play a game in October in some tricky ass situations that leave you coming out with a heart attack at the other end of it........ That was some real next level Baseball and for me Roberts was at a 50/50 between his decisions as a manager and what Gold Fish/Kitten Team Manager would have done with as good or better results......
Because dude..... Why not just bust put Sasaki out there from the get go you know..... Or I mean dude..... Anyways maybe it was for the best and instead of going with the analytics to "win now" he just went with his gut..... Either way it worked out. And at this point depending on how the next game goes...... Glasnow is set for a game 4 as a starter but at this point..... Yamamoto set to start and open...... If they get early runs in the next game or Yamamoto goes long to pass it off to Glasnow and go for the Sasaki combo again...... To "win" now...... Maybe that's a better approach just empty the whole tank and go for overwhelming pitching advantage to just end it then and there with no game 4 needed.
Dodgers went for the starter combo with Glasnow as a reliever..... 1st times a charm..... 2nd time should be just as well..... It may leave them in a tricky spot with starting pitchers in the NLCS but it would seal the deal and "win" now I figure to actually get them there and finish the NLDS

This kid is incredible...... If he's doing this in Postseason........ I can see him going for a Cy Young next season easily but damn...... That's a winner right there...... Simply incredible and have never seen anything like it....... 100+ mph over and over again and a couple at 104+ mph...... The Miz

Based off Total Team WAR, Starting Pitching rotations projections and the WAR-Ratio as a baseline along with other factors and considerations for teams.
My Rankings are more accurate and to a lower margin of error when it came to my Regular Season and Post Season Power Rankings in the 2023 season vs the "experts" and again just beat the "experts" in the 2025 regular season and tied with them in 2024......they actually reflected performance by teams better than MLB/ESPN/Verlander/The-Ringer....and I don't have a full department of people and "professionals" or "experts" like Ken Rosenthal running around a floor of 500 people and a nationwide network of hundreds if not thousands of reporters and journalist..........
It's just me, my WAR-Ratio method and other factors and considerations, basic stats available to everyone and a little bit of calculus along with my Ti-84+ calculator.......thats it......you heard it here first.......
