Seriously, Fender seems really good at beautiful recreations of legendary artist guitars that cost as much as a Honda Civic. Or at least Fit.

Hence my "something close" because it uses 802.11g's 2.4 GHz frequency... quite convenient :D

Using the same frequency doesn't make it close at all, unless it's also using a variation of a networking protocol to divide the data into packets and send them that way.

What you're saying is akin to saying wireless phones are similar to wifi, because they also can use 2.4Ghz. That's not really the case at all.
 
OK, my bad, I read somewhere it was actually based on the 802.11g protocol for the actual transmission, but I can't find the source anymore...

Let's go back to the rumours :)
 
Instead of allowing me to play my cousins brothers amp 2 states away I wish Line 6 would try and get their stuff to NOT sound like a jar of angry hornets.

I really hope this NAMM is going to deliver the goods, since the summer one was a letdown overall.

I agree that we don't need Guitars priced the same as Honda's............regardless of MPG.

A new visual interface for Pod Farm? Total integration between the modeling, recording, and synth software?

Thoughts on the "visual" idea?
 
Yeah, I get it. I was just hoping for something along the lines of the RG550 or RG770 reissue.
