The amp is very sensitive to EQ settings so there is a learning curve in getting the amp set to your liking at first. Depending on how you set the presence and mids you can make it stiff or get some sag.

Very sensitive and definitely a learning curve. I tried the Marshall/ Wizard MC EQ settings and it didn't do the amp justice at all. I also think the QR sounds best with the matching cab with SB25's in it. I want to see how the big blocks sound though in a matching cab as well?![]()

I've had a QR for years. I got a Splawn 4x12 with SB25's a few months ago and that rig never sounded better.
