I feed them. And I fed a raccoon a honey bun today. I call him Shane.

I feed a 2 yr old racoon every morning about 4a as im going to work. He loves cat food.
Racoons favorite food besides crawdads is blueberries but they'll eat about anything.
My wife calls them "trash pandas".

NYC is a shitshow now. People moving out, moving upstate, infesting the Hudson Valley buying everything and raising housing and rental prices. NYC use to be a cool place to visit but most people don't want to go there anymore and avoid NYC in general.

my buddy tells me the homies are coming down there buying cash and paying well over listed values
driving the prices up

i told him on Long Island they're cashing out for a 850 or a mill and more so paying 400 is peanuts
and houses here are still selling within a week at those numbers

I lived in Tampa twice in the early 80s. It was a shithole then. We called it Trampa.
