Yup, now they often sell for ~$800, sometimes even less. I'd go higher if it were a very early one with leftover 2C+ trannies. Funny that I bought my first Mark III combo w/EV around '93-94 and paid like $700. Sold it years later for a tiny bit more. Twenty years later and they're still right about there. This isn't the first ad I've seen this week where a Mark III is listed over $3K+! Prices have definitely been rising up in the last 10 years on these amps, but a combo for $3K is a little ambitious! If these are selling for $3K, I'll be happy because I'm sitting on a gold mine, but I'll also be really sad that Mark IIIs are going to be much harder to obtain.
i obviously love these Mark IIIs, and I think they're one of the most underrated, overlooked amps out there, but t's nearly impossible to find good Mark IIIs with GEQ under $800 now. Normal prices on the Mark IIIs wind up in the $1,200 range nowadays. Non-GEQ models will be a little less.

I think its a III+ a 3 with a plus mod? I think there are some of those? Regardless still
