An identical pedal sold on ebay 5/7 for $9.70 plus $6 shipping. It really shouldn't take long to find out the worth of an item before selling it. It took me less than a minute to look this up. Is it laziness? Or stupidity? Or greed?

Well, his price is not crazy out of line. It's just that the guitar is undesirable. He'd be way better off parting it out. I just sold a neck just like that one on eBay for $200. He has an OFR there. He could get close to $400 by parting it out.

I'd be careful about the OFR...it looks like a Floyd II, which is serious junk. Doesn't even compare to a Floyd Special. Those Kramers had OFRs in the lower models like the Focus series, but I wouldn't go below that series for a possible OFR. You can find vintage Focus series for 2-300.Rick Lee":y5q2imdt said:

Don't worry - I wasn't thinking of buying that guitar. I thought all Kramers of that era had OFRs. The only lower tier Kramer I've had was a Focus 5000 back in 1986, and that was an OFR. I know the Korean FRs are junk, but thought they are a lot newer than the guitar in that CL ad. Anyway, that seller is gonna be waiting another seven years.

I call it “Trump value syndrome”, they actually think there are people out the so much dumber than they are that they’ll actually pay more than it’s actually worth.
