I agree. In a band mix it sounds perfect, nothing harsh about it.

No its not the simple clean. You have a clean vol. the eq works and so does the master still. The amp has a line level loop thats tube and it is the same design I did for Billy Howerdell of A Perfect Circle. Its different then the Marsha smother in the overdrive.

does it still have naylor superdrive channel?

I dont think Dave works on the 2 channel 800's but I could be wrong.

This is a very useful amp, as simple as the layout seems, it's very versitile just with the pre-gain level and EQ adjustment! Excellent job Dave.
