I tried the little Jazz Tortex pics, they have good attack but lack the ooomph of a reguilar sized pick. So I went back to my regular Tortex 1.14 - BUT because I liked the feel of the smaller picks I started paying careful attention how I hold it - I now choke up on it pretty good and use just a little bit of the tip of the pick - seems to have improved my pick control/speed a great deal.

Darren, try the sharp version Tortex. You get the tip of a Jazz with the feel and size of a regular pick.
