Lol, you believe the proven liar and convicted sex trafficker? Even when she has all the motive to clear Trump in exchange for a pardon or sentence reduction? That's serious cult behavior if so.
 
Unfortunately not a word she says can be trusted where ever it falls. Also nothing she says can be corroborated.
She’s such an unreliable witness they shouldn’t be wasting time with her at all.
Them transferring her to a minimum security prison says more about their involvement than any testimony could offer.

Serious question.
"The list" was made by Epstein who was also a piece of untrustworthy shit. Anyone on the list might be innocent, might not be.
The whole thing is a quagmire of bullshit imho.
None of us know what she knows, what she has or has not told the authorities.
But people will always make assumptions

It was my understanding that Maxwell was sent to a place they send people who are cooperating with the government. I thought the 'files' contained names of 'customers', details, and possibly video. I heard he had cameras all over the place(s). So if Maxwell lied last week regarding anything only to have the 'files' prove otherwise then wouldn't she hurt her chances of a better sentence?

And yeah, she is guilty too, but she is incarcerated and really our best vocal witness as to what went on no?

And yeah, it makes sense that if Trump was in those 'files' breaking the law, then the Biden FBI would have released already.

it’s all about corroboration. Any witness can have serious issues with believability. Take any criminal or addict testifying. With a shaky witness a prosecution needs a lot to support it. Whether it’s additional testimony from another, a paper trail, money trail, forensic evidence etc. Murderers have not been tried because the only evidence was someone saying I saw them do it. Even though it seems that would be a nail in the coffin. But if there’s no forensic and physical evidence to back that up, no additional witnesses, there’s too much probability of reasonable doubt.
They would have had a multitude of evidence when they prosecuted Epstein and her.
