I don't put my personal information on guitar forums. You have no kids though right?
So you disagree?
How is teaching children more than giving them a laptop?

So. A jury acquitted OJ.The jury seemed to agree with me...

If you want to talk seriously and like adults then here goes.So you disagree, there is no ideological bias in academia?
If you can't see the left leaning bias in education I have to assume you never went beyond grade school.Everyone is biased to some degree. Left, right, religious, atheist, gay, straight, short, tall, black/white/brown/yellow/red/green. A good education would hopefully teach people to recognize bias and take that into account when forming an opinion, BASED ON FACTS, about a subject.
So how do you feel about a teacher having 6 year olds march around with No Kings signs? If you want to talk seriously and like adults then here goes.

Some people won't see it until you rub their noses in it. Like a puppy. If you can't see the left leaning bias in education I have to assume you never went beyond grade school.
I have to assume you were raised in a far right household and viewed what the world sees as centrist as left leaning. If you can't see the left leaning bias in education I have to assume you never went beyond grade school.
Marching is good exercise. I don't want a King either -do you? Plus they're learning about (1) freedom of speech (2) freedom of assembly (3) political systems and their differences (4) social interactionSo how do you feel about a teacher having 6 year olds march around with No Kings signs?
My old man taught accounting so he was able to not be a communist and still have a job.I have to assume you were raised in a far right household and viewed what the world sees as centrist as left leaning.
Numbers are, indeed, unbiased. My old man taught accounting so he was able to not be a communist and still have a job.![]()
Nope, I have to disagree. 6 year olds should be learning the ABC's and basic arithmetic. They are to young to comprehend activism.Marching is good exercise. I don't want a King either -do you? All in all, a win.
They also need to learn social interaction, to learn sports, to meet other kids totally different than themselves, learn art and learn music.Nope, I have to disagree. 6 year olds should be learning the ABC's and basic arithmetic. They are to young to comprehend activism.
This is why public schools need to go the way of the dodo. The fact you can't see that is reason for the animosity.
Yeah, but the state of Minnesota is not. Most teachers there were socialists then and radical leftists now. It was a scandanavian thing then, it's a retard thing now.Numbers are, indeed, unbiased.
Why not? Parents can arrange such things just fine. They also need to learn social interaction, to learn sports, to meet other kids totally different than themselves, learn art and learn music.
You won't get that by sitting alone in a pod with a computer.
What people do on their time off is their business. As long as it's legal of course.@JamesTiberiusKirk how do you feel about teachers all taking the day off, to march at the No Kings rally?
I disagree, if the public is paying them to teach, that's what they should be doing. What happened if all the firemen did it?What people do on their time off is their business. As long as it's legal of course.
