Tube chart for Carol Ann OD3?

Anyone know what the tube order is on these? Only 4 tubes, I am assuming one closest to power tubes is PI, then next is 5751 for loop, then 12ax7 pre and input stage 12ax7 (closest to input). I've looked everywhere for this info, can anyone help? Thanks

No one? Even if anyone could tell me where the 5751 goes that would help. I cant believe there is zero info on this on interweb. I keep looking and looking.

I'm not 100% but I believe the 5751 is for the loop.

3-loop 5751
4-PI 12ax7

That is how my Triptik tube order is setup with the 5751 in v3 as well fwiw.
