The older I get the smaller my rig gets. No more w/d/w , w/d, or multiple cabinets. down to three amps from ten.

I want both my heads connected to one cabinet. One at a time. ( though i may take a DI out for cleans from one of them).

The Radial HEADBONE VT doesnt get great reviews and delay trails can be an issue. The weber requires more components.

Anyone tried this? Had MIDI!

ampete 222 or 221. only devices on the market that would allow you to share 1 fx chain in the loop fx.

I've used a Headbone VT in conjunction with a Cabbone averaging 3 days a week in the last 2 years with zero problems.

I do however plan on upgrading to Ampete's 88S Studio unit. If I were to do it all over again, I'd go with Ampete.

I use the Egnater SS4 and the Tonebone VT. I have plans for the Ampete next.

Cool never heard of the ampete, ill check it out, thanks guys!

Damn, the 221 buffer cant be turned off. i use a tube buffer, dont need/want it.
The 222 can be bypassed BUT costs almost three times as much does much more than I need and is "19 rackmount. :/

Not sure im willing to run through a superfluous buffer or spend $900 on a switcher.
