Two Notes Capture - Has this always been free?

I was looking for this a few months back and thought it was only available to people who were building libraries or IR's... i see it here listed as a FREE tool under their blend IR tool. Anyone use it? I am gonna give it a go when I get home and see if i can capture my own IR's. http://www.two-notes.com/en/software/torpedo-blendir/

Just picked up WOS III with a few extra cab models. Like them so far. Don't know how well I can compare them to the original things they simulate, but they sound good to me regardless of accuracy. Got the Kerozan, Strongback 412, C90 open, Two Notes Thiele model, and a couple more I can't remember. Love the UI and sound.
