It seems like an amazing update, i'm thrilled that Two-Notes keep giving us amazing content, but am i reading correctly that a DPC latency inducing nVidia GPU is required for Capture Studio on Windows? Is there any plan to support AMD? My understanding is a lot of people are choosing AMD for lower DPC latency on audio production systems (Myself and others i know among them - 6700XT and 9060XT).
Also while i'm begging, any chance of getting 3 (or more) way cab splits (bass mid horn) for synths and other instruments, i still need to use WoS for that?

Thanks for getting in touch and thanks for your kind words about GENOME!

Currently nVideia is our recommended GPU but you can still run training on your CPU - with that said, I will certainly feed your request back to the team. Similarly, I will also feed back your splits request to the team ASAP!

Anyone else completely dead in the water after the Genome 2.0 update?

Seriously kicking myself for hitting update today. won't even start the program.

I get that major software overhauls have bugs, but what really burns me is that Two Notes doesn’t provide an obvious legacy download link for the stable v1.14 version on their site. If you're going to push a breaking update, at least give us a rollback path so we can actually keep working while you patch the mess.

Does anyone happen to have a direct installer link or a backup of the v1.14 installer for Windows they can share? I have a session to track and zero time to play beta tester.

Good morning @jamie gary - thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear this. Have you tried the newest version 2.0.2 installers accessible on our downloads page...

https://www.two-notes.com/en/downloads/

This rectified the majority of issues users have been facing with the previous builds.

If you have tried the latest installer, please reach out to our support team at Support.Two-notes.com and a member of the team will be able to provide you with legacy installers.

Thank you!

I don't know what any of this is, but the two notes cab sims are tits

Hi Guys,

I am pleased to report that GENOME Desktop 2.0.3 is Now Available

We've released GENOME Desktop 2.0.3, a maintenance update focused on stability, performance and workflow improvements.

➡️
Bug Fixes
Fixed a startup crash that could occur if GENOME was unable to locate the Resources folder.
Fixed MixFit MIDI assignments not being correctly recalled.
Fixed a mismatch between the CODEX Gain control and audio processing when switching between Normal and Extended Gain ranges.

➡️
Performance Improvements
Optimized UI and audio graph processing, reducing overall CPU usage.
Optimized oversampling processing, reducing CPU usage with no impact on audio quality.
Optimized the Transpose algorithm, reducing CPU usage with no impact on audio quality.
Improved mono processing efficiency by preventing Transpose from processing in stereo when GENOME Input Routing is configured for a mono input.

We recommend all Desktop users update to version 2.0.3 to benefit from the latest fixes and performance enhancements.
