This thing is an absolute beast!

I understand all the hype surrounding the amp and this revision in particular now.
I know I'm still in the honeymoon phase, but I swear this is the best high gain tone I've ever had in my life! It is jaw dropping everytime I plug in.

And what's this bullshit about it being a one trick pony?!
Sure the clean channel isn't on par with an Archon, but dialed in right, it's really damn good!
(That said, I've spent 97% of my time on the overdrive channel)

The best amp I have ever played through as far as high gain although I really want to play through a KSR Ares.

Never doubt the Amp God!!

Glad you're liking it, amazing amp.

One thing you'll notice for sure, you can play rhythm and jump into leads without having to touch a knob.

Also glad you figured out that the haters are wrong and clean channel is actually really damn good for a high gain monster.

Try this setting:

I run my gain 1:00-1:30 now and use my Timmy pedal set clean to slightly raise the gain back to 3:00 for liquid solos. Try these settings below with a nice EMG 81/85 equipped mahogany body guitar, it's magical with the master volume at 12:00 noon. This works great with my V30 loaded Recto cabs.
