Pure friggin genius from a 23-24yr old Michael Schenker. Nothing flashy by todays standards but soulful emotional melodic rock soloing like few before or after IMHO...

The solo starts around 4:08

Todays standards?! Hah, Kage. You can take any or all of the shredders and they don't play with half the balls of MS. Tone, vibrato, fire, abandon, skill.........untouchable. He is definitely a virtuoso and one of a kind.

I saw him live in the early 90's with Robert McAuley and he was absolutely incredible. One of biggest influences out of the 70's IMHO. He started my obsession with flying vee's!

Absolutely incredible... Schenker's playing always just blows me away!!

Ecxeptional! Didn't remember how great his playing was on this one. Totally awesome!

Always considered his playing the perfect marriage of tone, technique and taste. The guy always plays the right thing in the context of the song..... Not an easy thing to do in my opinion. Always been my favorite player....

Very well said, that basically sums MS up for me. Schenker Schon and Moore have always shared the #1 all time fave spot for me...

That entire album is a work of genius and an above and beyond performance in my opinion. Not only is it one of my all-time favorite live albums but it's probably in my top 5 albums period.

As a matter of fact, I think I'll put it on now.
