UK residents told to remove air conditioning to comply with regulations

It's 101 degrees here today. I have very low tolerance for heat. Energy company tells us to keep the AC at 78. I keep it at 75 and its not cool enough for me.

It's 101 degrees here today. I have very low tolerance for heat. Energy company tells us to keep the AC at 78. I keep it at 75 and its not cool enough for me.

I love the 100 degree temps and wish I could handle working in it longer but dehydration and lack of minerals kicks in after about 3 days of outdoor labor. It's my favorite time of year.

My body's temperature regulation is completely out of wack unfortunately. At those temps I start overheating within minutes and pouring sweat like a mad man. Thankfully I don't get dehydrated because I drink water like a camel.
