How old is the pink VH4 ? Also, what's the deal with the Blue panel VH4's, Are they really differant from the Silver Panel models?

I know the silver one with all the knobs and blue buttons looks a little like a VH-2 which competed with the VH-4 for production status if I'm not mistaken, except for the fact that the VH-2 had a two level front face and this one only has a one level front panel.

This cabinet was a gift from Peter and Uwe and is mono/stereo with a pair of G12-H Celestions in it to use for low volume playing in studios and small venues.

Great amp, but I need to ger a flightcase for it as the front grille is not that strong and there's no back plate!

That pink VH4 has a class A / class AB switch if my eyes don't deceive me! :-o

I can't tell what the other switch says, it's too small. Looks like it's switchable between "COMMIE" & "WYCLEF" as far as my eyes can see! I'm sure it's not though! Maybe it is and it switches between a hard-line communist tone, and a smooth Hip-hop/Rn'B sound!!!

That mod was done by me, not the factory. Good to see its still alive and kickin'.
A shame that I had to sell it earlier this year, but I'm glad to see another axeman infected with the Diezel Virus

Great sounding amp, too. Just ordered a quad of Winged 'C' EL34s to stick in it.

Funny thing is that Jamie (Diezel UK) spent ages trying to get me to buy an amp from him but I got this one instead!

6mm or 6,3mm chickenheads ?

6 mm chickenheads. They are a little big, but it doesn't really matter.
I like it better with this more vintage style
The original front grid, wasn't of my taste, so I put salt & pepper grill cloth.
And of course a footswitch to control the 3 first channel modes, channel two and master.
Isn't it beautifull ?
