I'll be honest with you, when my friend suffered the myocarditis, it was pretty evident to me that they jumped the gun on this and chose the "greater good" to save the health care system but accepted the fact that there would be losses along the way. I think what they did though, was model the numbers and just went with, we stand to lose this much more here than we do here. all of this of course because we knew way less than we do now. You are also right, we do not know the long term effects that this will have on our bodies. Maybe we it works now, but what does that mean in 5 years? 10 years? that also explains why the japanese have such low vaccination rates. Very cautious. Time will tell if they were right.
