There's a local one for sale but it's part of a package deal. I have no clue what it's worth by itself, and I don't know what shape the tubes are in. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd want to pay $500 hahahah

but realistically $1000- $1200 is what I've seen them go for recently.

There was one at GC.com a few weeks back for 599...but was gonzo pretty fast. 899 at a Music Go Round recently, and sat for a bit.

I paid $800 for mine, but it’s the last style with volume and presence pots on the front. I added depth circuits to both channels.

I wouldn’t pay top dollar if they couldn’t prove the tubes were pretty recent. Expensive to re-tube that amp. I personally wouldn’t pay more than 1000 for any power amp but I get amazing results with my Quad using my MK V as power, so would only want a Boogie P.A. for aesthetic package reasons. I would say in most instances, Pre’s I’ve owned or demo’d sounded better through the returns of heads than power amps but the cool look of 8-10 spaces of Boogie rack that could demolish a HOA meeting cannot be denied...lol

I bailed on the deal. I just didn't feel like the guy was 100% with his info on it as well as a few other things he was packaging together. I bought a Demeter TGA-3 instead, so I'm not losing any sleep over the 400.
