VH4-S : different tubes ?

Hi there,

Another question about changing power tubes in my VH4-S. I've bought 2 SED EL34 at tubetown plus the bias prob . Do you know if i can have 2 tubes like EH EL34 and 2 others like my SED EL34 ?

For example (all in EL34
1 EH
2 EH
3 SED
4 SED

?

The amp has just one bias trimmer - so either you are lucky and the tubes are "out of accident" matched - or you need to use a matched quartett.

Alternatively ask a tech to install a second bias trimmer.
