More info came out on TGP today, but now the thread has been deleted. The court filings are public knowledge and available online. A forum member downloaded the documents and shared the info in the thread. In a nutshell, AXL alleges that they loaned VHT $150,000 and VHT put up their trademarked name as collateral. AXL alleges that VHT didn't repay the loan, so they filed a lawsuit to get exclusive rights to use the VHT name.

Sounds like a pretty shitty situation no matter how you slice it.

This is true. A good friend called and told me this today. I mentioned that it should be public knowledge and was going to check. Glad I saw this post before I went a looked for hours, lol.

I am not sure but I think I would have sold "just the name" for that ?
I mean how much money do you think these guys take home in a year?
