I just got back from Kiesel. It was a super fun visit!
I played many guitars & each one was really impressive. The one that haunts me is the prototype for their new 5 string multi scale bass.

It was sooooo awesome! The low string gave a piano percussive and rib moving response. The high strings played like butter. It's on my short list this year.

I have an AM7 that I like, so I was curious to try the AM6. It was a joy- love the fan! Not my first choice for colors but the playability was super

Their LP type & Becker models were cool. I could be super happy with them:

That new guitar Vanguish? actually played really well which was a pleasant surprise.
Every guitar I touched was set up well & played great
Also got to play through a KSR- lots of mids! Very clear, I dig it!

dude that's awesome ! that bass looks badass. After seeing the white CS guitar, that may have to be my next purchase from them. I have another CT3 with a Floyd being built right now, but may start looking at the single cut guitars for when that one gets here.

This is the latest one I have gotten:

didnt they just screw somebody over around here??

not sure id use that exact phrase. from what I read about it the customer service could have definitely been better, but the customer was allowed to return the guitar for a full refund.

shitty experience for the customer, but I wouldn't say they screwed him over.

Got this a few weeks ago... freaking great guitar!

I have owned a few Kiesels, they all ended up suckling in one way or another. The closest I got to good was an orange Vader 7, but it was the worst sounding guitar ever so I sold it. Last one I owned was an AM7 that I bought from the showroom that I loved the look of and felt OK there, I figured I could emg it if I hated the sound. I took it to rehearsal and was having issues with saddle height, rattling of the bridge and the worst was that it fretted out all over the place on bends. I let them know that it seemed pretty bad and I wanted to return it but it was non refundable, which was talked about in the showroom but not finalized in any way. I was pretty done with them at this point after giving them about 5 separate tries to make a guitar that played and sounded good, but I was prepared to send them back the guitar to get a "setup" from their awesome setup guy. I never got a box or return label or any follow up communication so I just set it up the best I could myself and sold it to a kiesel head who agreed with the company in thinking that I was just clueless. They all have a very pompous attitude starting with Jeff. I tried, they failed to meet my expectations. Schecter is a better company to deal with when a problem comes up and it is far larger, so the problem is not that.
I'm glad some peoplease seem to be happy with them but I will never ever buy another product from Kiesel.

I'm not sure you how you had several Kiesels when each one disappointed so. My AM7 needed a little tweak on the truss rod & it is ready to rock. No doubt but there's a few clunkers they put out there, but the ones I played today were wonderful.

The vibe in the showroom was very chill & positive. Many employees came & went & seemed cheerful. When I was leaving a lunch truck was there & many employees were out & about. The atmosphere was positive, some were playing with toys. I've been around a lot of companies where this happy vibe is not there at all. This starts at the top, & based off this small snippet of life I imagine the people are treated well there, or at least fairly

Regardless, I want that Bass!

because I wanted to like them so badly, and I figured I was. just getting a little unlucky. not so, in my experience. I'm glad you like it though, ymmv

Weird contrast but interesting
Lots of guitar choices out there!

you are funny and sound like the typical fucking troll.

Just for the sake of entertaining your comment, I will say that I have worked in the customer service industry all my life and have learned that the customer is NOT always right. Where I work we have customers who hate us and some that love us. the ones that hate us do so because we don't put up with their bullshit. I am not saying this is the case with the other post, but I do know there are always 3 sides to a story. There is his, theirs, and the truth

Secondly, I don't give two shits about anyone's experience with a company but mine, and my experience with Kiesel has been above and beyond my expectations. until that changes I will remain a fan of their product. It is unfortunate about the other post's issues, but those are his issues and only him and the company know what truly went on. like I said, my experiences have been great and that's why I continue to do business with them. If and when that changes I will then look to other alternatives, but at this particular moment I am happy with the product and service I receive.

Right, your timing is impeccable....after a thread on Kiesel's dogshit QC, you roll in, butt-hurt, because you own these balsa wood logs, with your thrilling visit to their chop-shop. Shove your Kiesels up your ass.

Lets not trash a guys thread.
Keep it civil.

I never heard of these guitars so I am in the dark.
