I'm sorry would you care to clarify that comment ?

Both the UK rep and myself failed to get a response to our emails so I came here to ask....and it worked.

Why the sarcasm ?????
 
No worries with Voodoo amps or Trace, they do first class work and very timely. Had an MP-1 modded with the platinum mod and the transaction went very smooth and timely. Have faith
 
I gave up and rang the number given above and guess what, he was out of the office !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did speak to a lady who told me the process so I've emailed the mod form with payment details.
Let's hope it's received, unlike my previous emails.

I'll update when there's news.

My comment about Trace being out of the office again was tongue in cheek. .. seems like a tough job he's got. Lol

I notified Anthony the UK rep so we hope my email is received this time as it appears our previous ones may have hit the spam filters.

I've wanted this mod for so long I'm not letting a spam filter beat me
 
I can vouch for Trace like the other guys here.
Great guy, did a Jose mod on my EG5, best module I have on my Randall RM100. I did have him on the phone once and he was very courteous and helpful.

I am in the shop every day from 7am-5pm (and often work later), our regular office hours for phone calls are 9am-5pm EST / NY time, which is when everyone else arrives. The only times I am not in the shop is if I have a business meeting to attend or I am called out for emergency On-Site service. When the touring season is in full swing I out of the office 1 day out of the week performing On-Site Service, aside from that I am always in the shop ( I practically live here—lol)

If memory serves I believe you are 5 hours ahead of us here in NY. Yesterday you phoned at 4:45pm yesterday and I had a meeting at 5pm EST and I had left 5 minutes prior to you calling so would be on time for the meeting. I spoke with Cindy this morning and she told me she was able to answer all of your questions.

If you have any further questions you are more than welcome to PM me and we can set up a date/time for you to call so you know that I will be here (again it's rare that I am not here). You can also use Skype (it's free-of-charge), I have Skype on my cell phone so I can receive Skype calls and instant messages any time :)

All is good and my order has been placed.
Didn't catch the lady's name last night, but if it was Cindy, she was very helpful.
She sent me an email this morning confirming the order was received and everything was ok.
I've spoken to Anthony and arranged to drop the unit off to him next week so he can start the mod while he waits for the transformer to arrive.
Hopefully I'll have the completed unit back in about 2 weeks..... can't wait.

I didn't mean to come across as a dick ( too late ! ) but it was frustration, nothing more.

Thanks to the forum for the help, happy customer at last.
 
Glad it worked out. Trace is a class guy and you will not be disappointed with his work.

Anyone on the fence about dealing with Trace...Do it now! You won't regret it. Best in the business. I don't think I've ever owned an amp as long as the Witchy...plus I had one prior. Great stuff. :rock:
