I have an extra cry baby sitting around here somewhere with the back plate missing. Don't even remember if it works, will have to try it out later today. I was wondering if there are any cool upgrade or mod kits for wah's. I have an original cry baby that works just fine. Thinking of maybe making this one more of a Hendrix or different flavor to go on my pedal board.

I built a BYOC Wah..and it was one of the best sounding wahs I've ever used....it has pots for adjusting the buffer, bass, treble, Q and gain....lots of other mods you can do to it as well and for the price of a standard cry baby I believe...

If you can trace a circuit, a lot of those mods can be done to the Morley pedals too.

Here's what I have done to my GCB-95:

True Bypass w/ LED
Volume Pot
Mid Pot
Bass Pot
Q Pot
5-way Capacitor Switch
2 Fasel Inductor Selection Switches (switches two different fasels either independently or together in series/parallel)

Needless to say, it's a fairly versatile wah. ;) Between the links already provided, and the BYOC instruction sheet, you should be able to perform most of these mods. I personally had JerryP do the work, since I fried the wah a long time ago and didn't want to deal with fixing it.

i have a wah on the way back from jerry right now.... He is the man cant wait to try it...
