Wait times on the MOD 50?

I know most prices have ridiculously long wait times on the MOD 50. Does anyone have an idea when they will become produced faster and such? I know most new amps sell like hot cakes in the beginning.

Thanks for your request. We at Egnater dont offer anything that doesnt have Bruce's stamp on it..like most high end builders. We have finally got our production and suppliers all stamped with our approval. After this current 3 to 4 week wait on the current orders, things will become much more positive and consistent! We have made some changes to the group to foster much better sales, service, design for our current users and future one!

All I can say is the wait is worth it as I have had various amps in the 3k range. Besides all that ... the people at Egnater are the real deal! You can speak with someone as obsessed about tone as yourself with out the boutique amp BS. This amp/company is really about the guitar player...that being said I am jonesing for my amp I ordered. 3 to 4 weeks is not too bad but bad enough to wipe the drool of your face when it arrives and then keep drooling...not so poetic I know but just How I am responding to the wait I am waiting out!
 
Went to a jam session last night. Everyone was impressed with the tone of my MOD 50. When asked about it, I lit up. OOOOH my favorite subject. I described the amp and what not. Then I said I had waited for sometimes peroids up to 2 months. Bass player said "that's really not that bad for boutique". I agree.

Good things come to those who wait.
 
Jeff, thanks for the reply! I'm usually not an impatient guy when it comes to things, and I'm sure this amp is worth it. I was hearing much longer wait times in the past, but it's good to hear things are looking up and going well for you. I'm all about supporting great amp builders. I will most likely be ordering mine as soon as some bills are paid. I'm trying to figure out which module will give me the best Alice in Chains "Facelift" tone.!

Yea, what's up with them Jeff? They never have anything in stock. It's kinda weird.
 
Ya I know they dont want to stock stuff. Just order it and when we get it you get it. How is the module doing?
 
The problem is....I don't want to give anybody that much money and then wait 4 months.

Does anybody have anything in stock for heads? Is there a way to get one quicker?
 
We dont require payment until your amp is ready to ship, if you order direct from us!

Do you mean the amo lounge kind sir?? If so I will consider buying in a week or so! I know it's very hard to ball park a wait time for me, but I'm looking at over a month right? 6 weeks? Thanks a lot man,

We do not want to "steal" possible orders from our very limited dealers. If you or anyone else has had dealings with any of our dealers, we would like you to continue to purchase our products thru them. If you are looking for a better price or improved delivery time, you will not find either of them to be any different with the Amp Lounge. We are not at a 12 to 14 week delivery time frame as of today. All this being said it is our policy to not charge a deposit when ordering from us. Our dealers may and that is their choice. I really is up to you. Once this run of amps is here we will have a much better delievery time due to having materials and items necessary to build our amps on hand!

Yes, you can call the amp lounge and place an order with Chris and our projected delivery time is 6 weeks.....as you know that is not concrete!
 
To add to that: For what its worth, I had nothing but exceptional service with Indoor Storm when I got my two Suhr's from them. Eddie in particular is a great, great guy and overall they are total class acts just like the Eggie crew.

You cant go wrong either way. Youll get great service and a killer amp either way.

I'll have to counsel patience here. I'm currently at 19 weeks on my MOD50 order. I think I saw someone else said 5 months. So adjust your expectations accordingly if placing an order.

We are really sorry about the delay in delivery. Suppliers for our products have to be held to the highest levels of quality and we have had some issues. After this run we should have excellent and expidious delivery on our products. Thanks for waiting!
