Waiting 4 months for an Arcane pickup

I am also still waiting on my order and have contacted multiple ways and times and nada. I've ordered many times from Arcane and never got put on the pay no mind list. I've usually gotten my order fairly promptly without any issues. it's too bad. I guess his lowly single customer orders don't matter much anymore with him getting big bulk orders from companies. I will not be ordering again from him. too bad they're pretty good pickups. at this point I just want a refund. I needed the pickup long ago.
 
I cut all the bs and went tone nerd. Best pickup i ever had. Will never change it. This arcane cocksucker better hope i dont have another reason to be in L A. The money doesnt matter to me. I just like to show people what fucking people over feels like when it catches up...i am patient. It will be fun. You ruin my day, i will ruin your fucking year. But if you think about it, i am helping society. Those rehab specialists dont get enough work imo
 
Same experience with Arcane pickups 15 years in the past . i ll never do it again .
 
finally got a reply via text and I guess they charged my card. I asked for a refund as that project was already finished w/another pup. I don't mine waiting for a set of pups,BUT, I want to be advised as to how long(ballpark) and let me know if they're are any delays. that's it. A company that cannot at least do that? Ain't running their business the right way. I bought a set of Onamac Windary Firebird pups. phenomenal. ALso got their Alnico IV set and sound amazing. try them out. ALso, the Wolfetone Marshallheads are to my liking.
 
I can’t say I’ve tried too many different pups, throbaks, Wolfetone, but the arcanes I have are hands down my favorites, but I did buy all of them used.
