this is so much better than those goofy pickup games on live. everyone from here is very cool.

ok I forced my self to sleep 12 hours. 6-6, so I damn well better be awake at 9pm tonight! It's on! If it gets too big maybe we can get a second game going?

Yup! Everyone who plays is supercool. It's much better then playing with "complete" strangers. At least we have a common bond....guitar! :D

However, I usually can't play for too long most nights cause when it's starts up at 9 it's 10:30 my time and i work everymorning.

You know what...i completely forgot you guys were ahead.

Yah...we got our own time zone. "Newfoundland Time". Go figure. :D Week day games will only let me play for about an hour or so. It's good though cause all my guitar stuff (noodling/riffwriting/recording said riffs) is done for the day at about 9:30 ish so it works out fairly well.
On the weekend though i can play as long as i want! (as long as i don't have to go watch a band or something!)

Spend all day in front of a screen or fixing other people's problems :(

(and my name is JC ;) )

Yah me too , i'm runn off my feet today. With periods of stopping by and checking my favorite messege boards of course ;)

You work for a big company or a smaller one?

Medium i guess (~ 50-60 PCs across 4 locations)

no worries, guys...and thanks for thinking of me.

my wife and i took the kids downstairs while one big storm passed over. in harrisonville, where we live, we just ended up with high winds (60 mph or so) and hail as the worst of it. hail was probably between 5/8" and 3/4"...not too bad.

about 20 miles south of us in adrian, where my dad and brother are, they had a tornado touch down outside of town. at one farm a barn had its roof tore off, and an out-building was destroyed...but their home was undamaged.

all in all, things in my family's area were fine. i know there were several other tornadoes causing damage in surrounding areas in missouri and kansas...probably more to come as the storm continues east.

take care,

russell

Good to hear buddy!
As we were saying, you are hardcore: playing GoW during a tornado :)

Good to hear nothing bad happened to you! Thank god we don't have weather like that here

All we get is snow drifts 3 times higher then my SUV :D

There's a possibility of no CoolDude tonight.
But he'll definitively be on tomorrow for the official Eggo night!

I am gonna make it tonight!!! You wait and see. No more of this sleep shit. Sleep is for the weak. I am heading out to a skatepark now with my busted knee. Hopefully I can kill a few hours and be ready for a game at 9!
