Did you try to resync your 360 wireless controller to your console again. You might be gettining interference from other wireless devices in your house.

Hmm.. I didn't think about that actually.

Now that you mention it though... what frequency do the controllers operate on?

In my small room I've got the wireless router @ 2.4Ghz, and my wireless rear satellite speakers on my surround sound operating at 2.4Ghz.
 
They run on 2.4 GHz as well. Maybe their operating on the same channel as your speakers or your router.

SOL on the speakers though...

I don't think there's a way to change the channel of the controllers either.

OH well I'm teh fuxed.

pfffftt... no way.. I like to hear the sound of Pete shotgun ejecting the shell as my head splatters everywhere.

I'm getting my Logi Z-5500's back soon.. so I can get rid of these Z-5450's that have the wireless rear speakers.

That worked though. I was playing GRAW2 tonight, and the noise started happening.. so I moved position in the room and it stopped for a bit.

Then the second time it started up I just reached down and hit the power button on the control unit of the surround sound. Presto the static noise stopped instantly.


I guess I definitely will be replacing these Z-5450's with my old Z-5500s. The 5500's sound better anyways..they just don't have the wireless rear speakers that I wanted at the time.
