Weezer and Diezel - VH4

Hey Crew,

So I came across this clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Cbl6PNQPWQ and I have to say that I love the tones that Rivers Cuomo is pulling from his 4. For those that do not know, Rivers is not only an incredible song writer but that dude can flat out shred. Enjoy and :rock: on!
 
I've always been a Weezer fan and really liked their tone on their first couple of albums, apparently created on a Mesa Mark I played at low volume with the tone know rolled off... go figure. Anyway they just released a new CD and love their guitar tones, and River's is certainly an underrated guitarist. Started life in a Yngwie cover band. I've really enjoyed their live tone the number of times I've seen them play through the "Wiezel" and was quite shocked when I first saw it. And Scott plays through a Verellen so they know their gear. If you can get over the cheese factor there's a lot to like about them.
 
I'd also like to know if it's a stock VH4 or modded in some way...
