What’s everybody’s favorite death metal band?

Does Until I Wake count? Liking their vocals and guitar riffs, not so sure about their screaming…

It was a festival which Chimira was the headliner. It consisted of locals and nationals. They were the openers for the nationals. I was in a local band. I never compared my band to them I just said imo they weren’t very good. Based on the crowd they drew I’d say my opinion was pretty popular. Didn’t mean to offend anyone just stating an opinion.

I respect your opinion. Chimira is dope 🤘🏽No offense taken-hell it’s not my band 😂 but pay attention to your vocabulary… & уour means of justification.. bashing them & judging their music based on the crowd they drew means you listen with your eyes.. It’s hard for me to take someone serious who makes presumptions through their pupils. So I have to pull receipts.. For science ☝🏽🤪 It’s ok if you don’t want to share your bands name or material.. maybe you share the same opinion of your own skillset idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ like I said I’m a fair man & willing to keep an open mind. I think their live performance (based on videos) could be more polished.. sure I really can give a shit about the band but I do enjoy listening to their material & think it’s a lil different from the everyday stuff. I love EDM music too so my opinion is probably rockin with the minority haha. However I believe in passing out flowers rather than 💩 because I will gladly smear it in the face of the culprit.. 🤭 We can leave it at that- Rock on 🤘🏽

This is the only cover we played and the only video I have from that fest. As you can see it was 11 years ago. Maybe that band has gotten better? They clearly are more successful than my band ever was.



Flame away. It was a long day and a lot of beer. We clearly aren’t professionals.

They were locked in with the buzz & the beat. He did mention “a lot of beer” any walking could have been a liability.. I give it a clean pass & A+ on situational awareness.
