While SCOTUS examines this, what does being a citizen actually mean and what are the amenities or is the concept meaningless????

You mean like being able to vote, buy guns, have freedom of speech, etc.?
Break it down to the letter. What possession does citizenship carry that only applies to citizens???

Side note. In biblical antiquity, Roman citizenship was a highly valuable possession, that could actually be purchased. The Apostle Paul - born in Turkey applied it and it allowed him the right to appeal directly to Caesar.

what is means is women are coming in to this county to drop off their packages.

for whatever reason it may be. could be a simple as a problem pregnancy thats needs specialized care.
some stay here because now since the child is legal citizen its harder to deport the mother.

others like the Chinese mothers go back to their country. those children 18 yrs later can come back here and legally vote

ya get enough of the commies doing that they can overthrow an election or at least influence politics to sway hard left

not even to mention we have to foot the bill and if they stay here forever support them.

fuuuuuck that. afaik. if the mother is not a citizen neither should the child be

Some people laugh - but you are not wrong.

But @TheBiggestJerk - I'm not sure where you are going with this. I am assuming for now you are being facetious. Voting laws are state by state and we've seen that some states you need zero proof of anything. Not sure you can legally purchase a gun without proper documentation and background checks. Freedom of Speech is pretty much available to anyone on US soil :dunno:

States differ on this i think. Seller and buyer are supposed to be legal gun owners, otherwise it's unlawful possession
I guess in some instances it could be a problem but everyplace I live it isn't. The last guy who sold me a pistol didn't look at my ID and I figure if I sell a gun to someone who does something stupid with it it's on them not me. Most gun owners are pretty good people so I've never had a problem.

Private sale.:poke:

Not legally in my state. We now require an ATF 4473. :poke:

But otherwise you are right - I'm sure there are plenty of guns sold and traded with zero paperwork. Just like there a shitload of guns going south across the border.
