What albums or bands would you re-amp??

My Slayer with a iic+ clip got me wondering what albums would you re-amp and with what amp?? For me it’s Ashes of the Wake by Lamb of God, that album needs help, i don’t even know what I’d use

No one else has probably heard of this album but it immediately comes to mind because the songs could have been heavier but it the overall sound, especially the guitars, really holds it back.

I don't disagree, but IOWA is just filthy and massive sounding. Those songs on ST would benefit from that tone imo.

I'd reamp all the older Insomnium records. They've recorded some of the best melodeath of all time but their old production wasn't great.




Can't deny there's a kind of old school charm to the way this album sounds, but I'd still reamp (and probably remix) it.

Iowas production is great and fits the band so well. Can hear all the madness going on. I think the pitbull on that album fit so well.

Amazed that no one yet mentioned Blizzard of Ozz. At least try to get the 'Tribute' tone 'back' on that.
