Thanks for the support guys! Andy has a lot of amps. For the record, he paid for his Colossus, and we customized it to his specs.

The Rhodes and the 6505/5150 aren't even close to the same amp.

I'll just add...I agree with this.

BUT....As a dude who LOVES the 5150/6505/5150 III type tones, I LOVE the tone of the Colossus.

Granted not everyone who likes the 5150 heritage will like the Colossus, but don't discount the Rhodes simply because it isn't that same type of tone.

Of all the things gear wise I wish for, it would be the money to afford a Rhodes, lol. I've only played one at one show, but it was glorious. I appreciated the difference it had to my usual preference in the 5150 type tones, and above all I still sounded like "me" when I played it.
