What do you like your relief and action set at?

I set my LP's and Charvels the same way. 0.050 or slightly lower at the 12th fret on the High E and 0.090 on the Low E 12th fret. I like a tiny bit of relief in the neck. I find it adds better tone...too much relief makes the guitar sound dead IMO.

Not every neck & frets are the same these are target specs.
 
I go for about .008 to .010 of relief. About 1.7-2 mm on the low e. I beat on my guitars though and don’t play much fast intricate stuff.
 
chromatic scales 1st 3 frets by feel tell me evrything i need to know about the 1st 3 frets.
12th fret can be a little different.
You need to know your neck relief, i use a doulbe sided straight edge 24.75 one side 25.5 other.
Like my necks straight. Little relief as possible w/o the buzz.
Usually gives me low action unless there is something wrong with the neck or frets.
 
That's a fancy, funky tool above. I've always just used feeler gauges out of the garage or the equivalent thereof - the trust pick. I use my 1 mm picks at the 12th fret to get a basic feel for string height. Adjust the trussrod so things don't buzz too bad - it's an electric guitar so I'll tolerate a bit if I can't hear it in the mix. The acoustic I get a bit more relieve and string height to avoid buzz, but it's still not all that high.
 
Actually doing a little side content on my regular mixing stream today looking at neck relief. I have yet to see a decent argument for neck relief that doesn't really just apply to open strings. But I may be looking at it wrong.
 
The relief i like is on the lower end.
I shoot for .003 or so.

The rest i set to factory specs.

After that i tweak by feel
once i get it right i jot down all the measurements and keep a setup card in the case

after that i never measure anything again. If something goes off i check it against the setup card and adjust back to that number or numbers

I’m pretty much the same way. What I do is set the relief I desire then adjust the string height to .050 high E and .090-.10 on the low E. Then I check the string height before playing. If the height changes, I tweak the truss rod to get back the height. The necks only move during big humidity changes….typically late fall and late spring. I may adjust during the summer/winter 1/8 of a turn here or there. My downfall is that I like a consistent playing guitar, so I literally check string height of each guitar before I play it. 🫣

I also tend to check intonation every few days and obviously when I change strings.
