what does everyone use for cables (case, bag, etc..)?

hey everyone,
just wanted to get a few ideas and see what everyone out there uses to pack away their cables when they're done with a gig, etc.. If you have a cable snake, etc.. What does everyone use?

Right now I am using a bag from an old projector but was thinking about using some sort of a plastic container as well so it can stack up.

Commenting to keep an eye on this, as I've been stuck on a good solution since my last bag broke down. I got a good 10yrs out of my big Quicksilver althletic backpack, which worked out great....but now their stuff is garbage and I can't find another like it. (I like the backpack format because, even though it's heavy as hell, it's nice to sling it over your arm and carry it in/out with 2 guitars on that 'preciou$ cargo' load)

I've been looking at purpose-built 'guitar player gig bags', but they all have these big stupid compartments for pedals (which I don't put in a gig bag) that seem useless for anything else, as they seem too unsecure for any little stuff.
 
I have a couple of bags...one of this is the D'addario Gig bag that houses everything for when we play live.....which has not happened since March at this point...and probably not for a while...

As for guitar stuff....I have a Studio Slips cover for my ASM-10 with a nice pocked on it and that holds the cable snake for my rack and power cables, etc.
The less I take the better as well as lighter and fewer trips.

I have a Gator Pro Go dual bag for my guitars and that has more storage as well if needed.
 
Nice sturdy 2 handle + shoulder strap duffle bag. Holds all my cables, extra guitar straps, patch cables, velcro, batteries, lyric sheets, zip ties, etc, etc... Been using it for gigs that last 5 years. All zippers, pockets in tact like day 1.
 
I really like MONO bags and cases, although I have no affiliation and don’t work for them.

Mono Dual for two guitars and some stuff, has shoulder straps to carry like a back pack. Then Mono Club case can house foot controllers, cables, other extras...even pedalboard (depending on size).
They also have backpacks and other bags that look cool, yet I haven’t tried.

I did have a small issue with a bag and their customer service was GREAT!!
Recommend the things I’ve tried, for sure.
