hey kanadaistan brother, don't beat the shit out the the amp's tone, because of the builder's reputation and/or his business/(personnel life) procedures/policies. I get where u r coming from and have felt the same sentiments, But after rockin one ( 2,3, than 4), it changed my thoughts. The mids hit the mark dead on. Forget the drama & bullshit and listen to the amps. It is worth it.
