I mean, why is Egnater so much better than everything else. Why can't they get it right anywhere else?? I'm on day four of my Texas trip, and I'm having serious Egnater withdrawal.
I seriously think when the Renegade drops into stores, people are going to play it next to a Vox Valvetronix, Marshall TSL, Peavey, etc, etc, and be like "wow... Egnater tone is what I've been missing. This is what a REAL amp is supposed to sound like..."
Yeah, I agree Gene. They're doing something right over there on 12 Mile Road...

Well, mine is in Nashville at the rehearsal hall and I'm in Alabama. I wont get to play it till the week after next. More the better when I plug it in.
I agree egnater is great sound, for a great price but, just want a little more quality control. After having a tweaker 15, Renegade, tweaker 88, rebel 20. I had troubles with two of the four. My rebel 20 just stopped working and my tweaker 15 started losing power, both internal problems not just tubes. Also the well known transformer issues with the early made tourmasters. I love Egnater tone but, I do worry my amp is going to work for the long haul.
Yes. I don't get to play much these days, but every time I do, I just can't get enough of my tone. The M4 is still the single best gear purchase I ever made.
