That's how I got my older rear-loaded Uberkab in January. Always browsing fleabay for Bogner stuff and just happened to find that cab unloaded for a starting bid of $450 (I think... may have been total that shipped). I watched it sit day after day with no bids. So at the last minute I grabbed it and have loved it ever since. I've also got an OS2X12 in all black and two Marshall 1960A/Bs. But if I happened to stumble on another unloaded Bogner 4X12 (or even loaded if cheap enough), I'd definitely grab it up. If I do see one out there and decide not to jump on it, I'll post a heads-up on this forum in case you're in the mood to snap it up at the time.

That and a D120 are my list right now. Been wanting a D120 for a bit .... but lately really wanting a UL.

Really dig my UL. Sits up at the band practice house and sometimes I don't play through it for weeks. But last night I was up there and definitely miss that amp when I go for periods without playing it. It's just so versatile and honestly, even though it CRUSHES for metal, I actually find any more and I'm enjoying the old school tones out of it even more. The cleans certainly aren't in the same league as my XTC Classic, but it's just an awesome all-around amp and I got it for a pretty sweet deal ($1000 dead mint, older model, with road case).

I've heard great things about the D120, but what would likely put me off about that beast is its lack of features. I really like and use all of the goodies on my UL.

Really dig my UL. Sits up at the band practice house and sometimes I don't play through it for weeks. But last night I was up there and definitely miss that amp when I go for periods without playing it. $1000 ... wow killer. Never owned a UL but have played on one many times. I play with several different groups of people and play a lot of styles, so having amps that are versatile is a big plus for me. The different rock styles are a small part of what I play. The D120 with it's simplicity has this girth that is nothing short of huge. Easy one of my favorite sounding amps .... but like you said ~ does not have all the features I have gotten accustom to having.

Well, I sure as hell don't need it, BUT...........over the last couple of days I've lusted over the thought of how sweet it'd be to get another Suhr Modern with a curly koa top with a cocobolo fingerboard (or perhaps a Pau Ferro neck/fretboard)....much like the one pictured here, but only with a Gotoh 510 instead of the Floyd. Would really like the H/S pickup config like this as well! As of now though, not acting on the impulse. Just lusting....

Firstly, the DAR preamp that still hasn't been released...

And secondly, a travel/practice amp...the new Orange Dark Terror

In fact, the DAR and the DT will prob work well together as a lower wattage, portable metal rig as the DT has an FX loop.
