G-Major II and Eventide Pitchfactor. The Pitchfactor does some pretty interesting chorusing and a lot of other stuff apart from the harmonizing.

Sure does, doesn`t it...

Cool little stomp, loaded with options :D

the drawer i put the 505 in is stuck shut due to humidity. i may get to dig it out.. this winter!

Zoom 505 in the loop of my egnater seminar head. Ibanez soundtank n front of my plexi. I use a true bypass box for both.

i've got a 505 that's been collecting dust for quite awhile. never thought about using it for just effects. i may have to give that a try sometime. thanks for the idea.
Its not too bad for mucking things up :) I got a couple delay patches, chorus and flanger patches. I do recommend a true bypass box instead of just changing into its bypass mode.

yeah, they can be a bit noisy and suck tone. that's all i really planned on doing with it anyway. i don't really need a whole bunch of presets. a hand full that work is fine for my uses. :)

TC Electronic 2290
TC Electronic 1210
Eventide H8000FW
Lexicon PCM80
Rocktron Intellifex
Boss DD2
:worship: :worship: :worship:

I wish they still made the 2290

All of those must sound fantastic.

I like them all, and also think the 2290 is a wonderful unit (My personal favorite).

I think the Boss DD2 can sound nice too

Pedalboard 1: Chorus Jacques Meistersinger, Delay Maxon AD-80, Delay TC electronics Nova Repeater
Pedalboard 2: Maxon CS-9pro, Delay Maxon AD-80, Delay Akai headrush E1.

I am not a big chorus user, but when you need chorus, you need chorus....

I always wanted to play a 2290.
I wish they would reissue it.

What is everyone here using for delay and chorus? Doesnt matter if its a $30 pedal or a $6K rack effect, I am just curious.

I use an older Visual Sound H2O Liquid Chorus & Echo. It has both delay (echo) and chorus in the one pedal. I run the wet signal to one amp, and dry to the other. It sounds lush.

But yet too I have other choruses as well. For the really syrupy swirly chorus I use a flanger (Electro Harmonix Deluxe Electric Mistress), and for a more static non-cyclical chorus I use a Neunaber Chroma.

El Capistan in the loop. Thinking of getting another Time Factor for option of many delay settings.

currently an Eventide Timefactor and an M9 with plans of putting the TC flashback on the board for maybe some other on the fly settings, or i might end up selling it

don't use chorus =0

TC Electronics Flashback and Ibanez De-7 and a Boss CE-5. Really looking for another chorus though. It's decent but not great for what I'm looking for.

Just recently switched from a Digidelay to the Flashback. I like the Flashback but the Digidelay pretty nice for the money.

I use some old Digitech rack unit (DSP128 I think it is) in my road case with built in rack. But my fav delay is the Seymour Duncan Deja Vu. That pedal is just plain INCREDIBLE!!!!

Timefactor... I don't use much chorus, and the Timefactor can fake what I would use...

BOSS DD-20 on the "Modulation" delay for delay & slight chorus.

+1 for the Strymon El Capistan in front of the amp for clean sounds (add some tape age and wow and flutter for some modulation). If I could grab one pedal on the way out the door - it would be this one.
I have the Eventide PitchFactor, ModFactor, TimeFactor and Space in my loop, each with expression pedals to ease in the right amount of grease. Super powerful units once you get pedals and extra switches hooked up!

I haven't been a fan of chorus for a couple of decades, though there are times you need to match some classic sound. Most chorus units suck the balls out of your tone, or add a hiss you don't want. Instead, I fine it's amazing how much 'movement' you can introduce to a sustained note or chord by bleeding in some delay (with an expression pedal) and giving it some whammy bar or vibrato. I also prefer to use a harmonizer over a chorus unit (pitch one side up 7 cents, the other side down 11 cents, add a little 40~60mSec delay).
